In a busy year in which the government launched an Immigration White Paper and a refreshed International education strategy (IES) UUKi’s International student recruitment conference presents a chance to reflect on these developments and chart a new course for student recruitment. At #ISR2025, members will be invited to unpack the changes set out in the IWP and share practical ways to navigate them as well as to benchmark their institutional plans against updated IES priorities and a rapidly evolving geopolitical landscape.
Case studies will showcase how universities are reshaping pipelines, partnerships and brand positioning in response to evolving regulatory and geopolitical realities. Sector specialists will present data-driven forecasts on source markets, visa trends and post-study employability.
As universities nationwide recalibrate their international objectives, the conference transforms fresh ideas into shared solutions to safeguard the UK’s academic quality and global prestige. Join experts and sector peers to exchange insights, solve common challenges and open new opportunities for attracting talented international students.
