Building the global reputation and delivery of UK transnational online higher education
Last updated on Friday 13 Aug 2021 on 1:41pm
This report is a summary of recommendations from a transnational education task and finish group set up in summer 2020.
It examines the quality of UK degrees delivered through online and blended learning overseas, and explores how the sector can collaborate with other organisations in the public, private and not-for-profit spheres to innovate in this area. The report summarises the main findings from the meetings and sets recommendations stemming from the discussions of the group.
It is aimed at UK academic providers, HE sector bodies, government, and sector representatives such as the International Education Champion, as well as individuals and organisations based overseas who are involved or interested in transnational education (TNE).
With thanks to the members of the Task and Finish Group, representatives from partner organisations and government bodies, and Professor Helen O'Sullivan for expertly chairing the group.
