Based on evidence received from a range of stakeholders and gathered through a variety of means, the report examines the dissemination and awareness of the concordat, the nature of its reception, and the manner and extent to which universities have responded in order to meet the five commitments.
The report also makes recommendations for how the sector can be supported to achieve its ambitions in this area, and in assuring funders, the government and the wider public that research in UK universities is underpinned by the highest levels of integrity.
