I support UUK's public affairs work, helping to build relationships with parliamentarians and policymakers, monitor political developments and communicate key issues affecting the higher education sector. I also help coordinate parliamentary engagement and events, including supporting the All-Party Parliamentary University Group (APPUG).
I have a background in journalism, communications and public affairs, and studied Journalism at the University of Westminster. I'm currently pursuing an MSc in International Public Policy at UCL, building on my interest in politics, policymaking and higher education.
I love the variety of my role and the opportunity to work at the intersection of politics and higher education, particularly when it comes to engaging with policymakers and contributing to positive change in the sector. I also really enjoy working with such knowledgeable and supportive colleagues and learning something new every day!
