I work together with international colleagues and undertake data analysis to support the UK's position in global research and innovation, ensuring that we have the best conditions possible to deliver competitive, secure research.

I have worked in higher education since 2019, in a range of policy areas including funding, climate, widening participation, and Industrial Strategy. I have a Master's in Linguistics and a PGCE in French; before working in higher education, I taught English abroad in France, Belgium and China.

I really enjoy collaborating with a diverse range of colleagues to support the UK's brilliant researchers in their international ambitions. I am also on the executive for our staff Women and Gender Equality Network, and I love organising events to bring colleagues together around topics affecting women, non-binary and trans folks.
