Professor Graham Baldwin OBE was elected to the UUK UK Board on 1 August 2024 and has served as chair of the UUK Audit and Risk Assurance Committee since August 2025.

Professor Baldwin has been Vice-Chancellor of the University of Lancashire since 2019. Before taking up this post, Professor Baldwin spent five years as Vice-Chancellor of Solent University in Southampton.
Professor Baldwin is the Board chair of the University Vocational Awards Council, Chair of the Lancashire Innovation Board, Chair of the Maritime Skills Commission and former Non-Executive Director of East Lancashire Hospital NHS Trust.
