This report is a synthesis of two events: the first was an event for arts and humanities learned societies and subject associations, held at the British Academy on the 11 September 2018; the second event was a workshop for publishers held at UUK's offices in Woburn House on the 4 October 2018.
The events were well attended, with 130 delegates from 90 different organisations and institutions participating. This report will inform a larger piece of work on the future of open access policy for monographs. The final report is scheduled to be published by the
UUK open access monographs working group
in Spring 2019.
