Universities UK's response to ‘securing student success’

Universities UK responds to the government's consultations on behalf of the Office for Students relating to the implementation of the Higher Education and Research Act 2017 (HERA).

​The following submissions deal with proposals for the introduction of a new regulatory framework for the higher education sector, including additional consultations on degree awarding powers and university title, Office for Students registration fees, and arrangements for the designation of data and quality bodies for the sector.
