An open letter from university employers to staff impacted by the latest UCU pensions and pay disputes.

Ahead of the planned strike action by members of the University and College Union at some universities, employer representatives have today written to staff at the 74 institutions impacted by the latest pensions and pay disputes.

With strike action announced over 14 dates - starting from Thursday 20 February - Universities UK and the Universities and Colleges Employers Association have jointly released the letter; which outlines the proposals that have been made to address important issues for staff around both employment and pensions in order to try and avoid damaging strike action.  Click below to read the letter in full.
