As we emerge in a post-pandemic world of teaching and learning, what should we take forward and what should be left behind? In an area that has rapidly changed over the past few years, assessing what works and what the future will look like is crucial.
This conference will address the most pertinent themes as the sector continues to innovate and utilise digital technologies in the teaching and learning space. From developing skills to ensure your students are career-ready, to using data to inform your teaching and learning; including how to measure improvements and prepare for the teaching excellence framework submission. Through discussion, we aim to provide you with practical actions that support inclusive approaches and the best possible outcomes for all.

This online one-day conference will provide informative, timely content from the most pertinent speakers on the topic, as well as a wide range of opportunities to network, discuss, and make connections with colleagues within the sector.
You will also be able to access the recordings of all sessions after the event, including any sessions which you were unable to attend live.

Graduates entering the employment market now are entering a very different world of work compared to previous generations. This session will discuss how teaching, learning and curriculum design can support graduate outcomes; innovate to improve graduate skills and explore what employers need from graduates to evolve their organisation and boost the economy.

Supporting academic development is key for making improvements in teaching and learning. This session will discuss how we can support academics to develop their own teaching and learning practices in the context of increasing demand for reform and innovation.
The pandemic taught us that there are elements of teaching and learning that could be more accessible and inclusive than it has traditionally been. This session will discuss the benefits of blended learning and innovative approaches to assessment design.
Digital innovation has always been present and quite prominent within teaching and learning, and universities have adapted to a changing curriculum and students’ needs. Covid-19 may have accelerated the sector into making digital innovation central to the conversation, but how do we ensure that embracing new opportunities supports the best outcomes for all?
