​William Hammonds managed the Universities UK's regulation and student experience programmes, including work on the Teaching Excellence Framework, consumer rights and quality assessment. He worked with the Student Policy Network of vice chancellors and  the Longer Term Strategy Network.

Prior to working with us Will has held policy research and development roles in politics, local government and consultancy, working with a variety of UK and European organisations ranging from the European Commission to the Arts Council of England.

Will studied at the University of Exeter, the LSE and the University of Essex.
