I provide policy research and analysis to support members in responding to key student experience and skills issues, including student mental health, graduate skills, and harassment and sexual misconduct on campus.
Prior to UUK, I worked on gender and equalities policy within the violence against women and girls (VAWG) sector and UK parliament.
In my role, I enjoy supporting colleagues and promoting equality at work through my role on the executive team of the Women, Gender, and Equality Network.
