Report
28 February 2015

Aiming to engage with EU decision-makers, notably the new Commissioner for Education, Culture, Youth and Sport, Tibor Navracsics, and the Commissioner for Research, Science and Innovation, Carlos Moedas, the IU and UUK were able to put the sector’s concerns and key arguments on EFSI directly to the two European Commissioners, as well as forge valuable alliances with Members of the European Parliament who will play a critical role in negotiating the final shape of the EFSI project.

This visit report provides an overview of the mission’s principal objectives, outcomes of the key meetings, and identified areas for follow-up work.
