UK Higher Education Scoping Visit to Myanmar

The February 2013 scoping mission to Myanmar was led by the UK HE International Unit and Training Gateway. This was the first UK sector-wide mission in higher education since the return to civilian government. Meetings, arranged and supported by the British Council, were held over three days with the Ministry of Education, the National League of Democracy, higher education institutions and other key contacts in Burmese higher education.
