Universities UK’s Political Affairs Network provides regular information on what’s happening in Westminster, the big issues being debated in parliament, and advice on ways for our members to engage with committees and inquiries.

The group enables communication between parliamentarians and university vice-chancellors, and provides a forum for discussing issues affecting the country’s university sector.

Universities UK responded today to the news that Sam Gyimah MP has been appointed universities minister for England in the Prime Minister's cabinet reshuffle.
