Raegan is the Head of Outbound Mobilities Programmes (HEGlobal and Go International) at Universities UK International (UUKi).

Her HEGlobal work includes developing and managing research on current and future TNE opportunities, chairing national events, identifying good practice, and working with overseas governments to shape the TNE landscape.

Prior to joining UUKi, Raegan managed the national UK Student Services Organisation, providing policy advice and input for government and universities on the student experience. She has worked across higher education in a university, a funding council, a professional sector grouping and Universities UK.

Raegan completed her undergraduate degree in comparative American studies at the University of Warwick, including a study year at the University of California, Los Angeles. She went on to study modern history at Masters level at University College London and later a Masters in public administration at the University of York.
