Rachel is the Human Resources Officer. She supports all the HR activity for our employees across all three locations; London, Edinburgh and Cardiff.

She delivers on all aspects of the recruitment process - advertising, managing our e-recruitment system, liaising with candidates, managers and recruitment agencies. Coordinating the starter and leaver processes.

We have great learning and development, which Rachel supports and advises on the options available to us and organising training both in-house and external.

Rachel provides management and senior leadership team with workforce information, statistics and reports.

She advices managers and employees on HR policies and procedures to ensure we are legally compliant. 

Previously Rachel worked at Warwickshire County Council as a HR Trainee and is a graduate from University of Portsmouth where she studied Business Studies (BA Hons).
