​Nigel Carrington is Vice-Chancellor of University of the Arts Lodon (UAL), a global top-six university for art and design made up of Camberwell College of Arts, Central Saint Martins, Chelsea College of Arts, London College of Communication, London College of Fashion and Wimbledon College of Arts. 

Before joining UAL he was Managing Partner at law firm Baker & McKenzie and Managing Director of the McLaren Group. He is Chairman of the Henry Moore Foundation, a director of the Creative Industries Federation, a trustee of The English Concert, a governor of International Students House and a member of the Universities UK board.
