​Kathleen is a policy analyst at Universities UK, with a specific focus on issues related to higher-level skills development and graduate employment, as well as teaching and learning policy.

She has previously worked for public policy think tanks and in political media.

Kathleen holds a PhD in political science from the London School of Economics, where she taught seminars on comparative politics and political economy.
