​Davina Foord is a Policy Researcher at Universities UK, with a specific focus on immigration issues affecting the recruitment and retention of non-EU students and staff at UK universities. Previous policy areas have including research, graduate employability, promoting universities' role in economic growth and health education and research.

​Prior to joining Universities UK, Davina has worked in various policy and parliamentary roles within the European and UK Parliaments, for an aviation lobbying coalition, Freedom to Fly and for a private tutorial college in London.

Davina read Social and Political Studies at the University of Sheffield and went on to complete a Masters in Law at the University of Leeds. ​
