He works to help universities achieve their international objectives on global policy issues from EU research and innovation collaboration, to recruitment, transnational education and international development.

Dan previously worked at the Russell Group on international and EU policy and at the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills on university research funding and university-business collaboration.

Dan studied philosophy at New York University and did his undergraduate degree at the University of Oxford.
