One of the outputs from the UUK project is a template and set of resources to help you run your own long-term scenario planning workshop(s).
A guide sets out how to design the workshop and use the various resources in its running.
You may wish to use the ‘workshop in a box’ approach that provides a full step-by-step guide to running a successful scenarios workshop. This approach has been designed to minimise your effort and has been refined through testing with a number of institutions.
Alternatively, you can adapt any or all of the various resources on this website to design a process that is tailored to your specific needs. |
