Universities UK has a Sustainable Development Task Group to consider issues related to climate change and environmental sustainability. The Task Group involves members from universities across the UK as well as observers from the funding councils.
The agreed priority areas for the Task Group include:
- corporate social responsibility,
- retrofit (improving the environmental performance of buildings),
- developing the leadership role,
- and wider networking, including establishing international connections.
