UUK/Guild HE CoP Annual Cycle - this document sets out the timescales for the annual cycle of the code and in particular the arrangements for the submission of audit outcomes and summary of student feedback.

Audit Compliance Process - this document contains the flow chart for the quality assurance processes now agreed with respect to the CoP. It indicates what happens when an establishment does not achieve compliance.

Registration Process - this document presents the flow chart for the registration of new institutions and the process for amending existing establishment details.

Auditors Terms of Reference - and Members Self Assessment Checklist (pdf) (Word version of self asessment checklist)  - these documents are now been consulted on across the sector. The documents have been circulated to the Council of Higher Education Internal Auditors and the professional bodies for comment.

The audit list identifies for each member when their next audit is due.  All submissions are due by the end of April in the relevant year.  For any queries plesae contact the national administrator
