Conference outline
Universities UK will host a national conference on the contribution of higher education to the creative economy, on Wednesday 25 November 2009 at Woburn House Conference Centre, London WC1H. The conference will be supported by GuildHE and the UK Arts & Design Institutions Association (ukadia).
The day aims to bring together key stakeholders to discuss the critical role that UK universities play in developing the country’s growing and vibrant creative economy – key to the UK’s future economic growth and prosperity.
The conference will also provide delegates with an early opportunity to inform Universities UK’s forthcoming programme of work on the contribution of higher education to the creative economy.
